Comedian Brad LaCour is the opinionated friend you would never bring home to meet your folks, unless parents enjoy hearing a nonchalant 30-year-old trash their religious beliefs or talk about marijuana and sex with the mentally challenged. They’ll love him! A five-year veteran of the Dallas comedy scene, LaCour strides across the line between funny and taboo. He’ll likely leave you with the bittersweet taste of guilt for getting your fill of humor from such racy jokes. Performing with LaCour are Texas natives Christian Hughes, Grant Redmond and Clint ‘Paco’ Werth. Each has his own style, ranging from honest self-deprecation to jittery joke-telling. See LaCour and his pack of misfits at 9:30 p.m. June 28 at Dallas Comedy House, 2645 Commerce St. Tickets cost $10. Visit dallascomedyhouse.com or call 214-741-4448.
