“[John] Adelman is an artist who plays by the rules,” at least if you believe his press release. But which rules? The Ten Commandments? The Code of Hammurabi? The Rule of Four? Robert’s Rules of Order? The Rule of Thirds? The Rule of Thumb? Murphy’s Law? The Golden Rule? That one about the butterfly flapping its wings in Beijing and making a guy crap his pants in Jersey (or something like that)? You’ll have to see the line drawings featured in Adelman’s new exhibit, Up to…half, to find out. Half hangs by the rules from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays through March 14.
