As fall temperatures finally begin to dip from unbearable to tolerable-slash-comfortable, it’s the perfect time to get some of your shopping done in the great outdoors.

Dallas has plenty of excellent locations for vintage and thrift lovers, but 'tis the season to indulge in your most harmless addictions (caffeine and spending) with a stroll, coffee in hand, around DFW's best bazaars and outdoor markets.

We’ve rounded up the best vendor markets around North Texas, where you’re sure to find whatever you need (and didn't know you needed). Whether you’re looking for vintage jewelry, homemade candles or THC gummies, here are the best outdoor markets and bazaars in North Texas:

The Underground Market

Every Saturday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
5700 block of Oram Street at Greenville Avenue

This Lower Greenville mainstay operates every weekend, weather permitting. On Saturday, find Underground’s original market, which opened in January 2022. Need something more? Return on Sunday for Underground’s second market, across from Starbucks and Standard Service since January 2023.

Some of our favorite finds include Danfe Tea, a Nepali tea sourced from the Himalayan Tea Mountains; Savannah Rose Soap Company, which produces plant-based and toxin-free handmade soaps; and Ginger’s Sew Creative, furry-friend outfits crafted by a local seamstress.

Legacy West Small Business Cohort

Every Saturday
5908 Headquarters Drive, Plano

Legacy West is home to some of the Dallas area’s best-known retailers, but the shopping complex also showcases local brands through its Small Business Cohort program. At dedicated pop-up cabins next to Starbucks, you might find Puzzles of Color, which creates interactive art featuring diverse artists of color; Meraki Beauty, for the best CBD-infused nourishing skincare; or Gabejade, which features accessories handmade from Ankara fabric. A rotating schedule ensures that no visit is the same.

The Boho Market

Nov.  8, 6–10 p.m.
3661 N. Plano Road, No. 2500, Richardson
Nov. 9, 10 a.m – 3 p.m., 8041 Walnut Hill Lane, No. 912

Founded in 2016, The Boho Market has grown into Texas’ largest artisan market, regularly hosting events across 15 cities. During the nighttime pop-up at CityLine DFW, you can enjoy happy hour specials from onsite restaurants and live music in addition to a wide selection of goods from local businesses. Explore even more vendors the next day at The Hill, off U.S. Highway 75.

Dallas Farmers Market

Canton Flea Market

"Sunup" Thursday through "Sundown" Sundays, before the first Monday of the month
800 First Monday Lane, Canton

This is a bit of a drive from Dallas, but SO worth it. The self-appointed "world's largest flea market" is indeed massive. It hosts more than 5,000 vendors over 450 acres and draws thousands of visitors. Dedicated shoppers can take advantage of nearby lodgings to comfortably settle in for a weekend of treasure-hunting.
