Double Wide in Deep Ellum has been a Halloween destination for years. Dallas showed its love for the high holiday of cosplay with a vast array of costumes on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the venue's annual Halloween party.

The party went hard with a costume contest, DJ Gabe Mendoza, Nirvana cover band Oatmeal Pizza and drag queens such as Bleach. Partygoers did not disappoint and aced the assignment with costumes that paid homage to pop culture from The Fifth Element to American Psycho's Patrick Bateman and Liv Tyler in Empire Records.

From The Shinning to House of 1,000 Corpses and beyond, take a look at just how creative Dallasites can be.
