Karly Williams

Karly Oprisko-Williams is a freelance writer for the Dallas Observer. A University of Cincinnati graduate, she’s freelanced and worked for newsrooms, law firms, nonprofits, and creative agencies in the Midwest, Texas and Northern California, drawing inspiration from different cultures and political landscapes. In her journalism career, she’s worked as an assignment editor, newsroom producer, and reporter. Her work has been featured on PBS and in the San Antonio Express-News, Houston Chronicle, Cincinnati Magazine and others.
