Frank Campagna’s The Eagle, circa 1975

Speaking of the Rolling Stones — and bootlegs — the great Frank Campagna shoots us the note that, ’bout a year ago, someone lifted his 1975 inspired-by-the-Stones painting as the cover art for a pretty terrific Stones boot. The recording comes from the soundboard of the Stones’ July 11, 1975, show at the old Forum in Los Angeles — and not only can you download each track individually, but, yeah, the Kettle Art-ist’s painting, made during his freshman year in art school, is also available for download. Suitable for framing, natch, or just slipping in your CD case. –Robert Wilonsky
