What’s truly special about this Korean shaved ice joint, though, is texture – their mastery of incredibly light, wispy snowflake-like bingsu sets them apart.
The colorful, cheery space with glossy white with pops of aqua and neon invites a fittingly playful experience for their sweet treats. Go with preset combos such as the taro snow cream dressed up with Fruity Pebbles, vanilla wafers, condensed milk and a waffle cookie ($7), or build your own. Fun topping options include rainbow mochi, a variety of jellies and Pocky sticks.

Bingbox imports the Brooklyn-based, brightly colored cones in fanciful flavors like matcha and red velvet.
