The Cotes du Coeur fine-wine auction and dinner takes place this year on February 10 at the Hyatt Regency. The event, expected to gross $500,000, was founded in 1992 by a Dallas physician, Dr. James Hillert, a true believer in the heart-health benefits of wine. Wine aristocracy from around the world will be flying to Dallas to attend what has become one of the premier wine auctions in the country. Bids will be accepted on more than 575 lots: rare wines (a jeroboam of Champagne Louis Roederer 1988 Cristal, valued at $8,000), vertical (same wine, several vintages) and horizontal (several wineries, same vintage) collections, as well as fantasy trips to major wine-growing regions (a week in Napa and Sonoma Valleys). For more information, call 748-7212. Hyatt Regency, 300 Reunion Blvd.
