Central Market understands how awesome it is to get away from coworkers and their nauseating meal selections, and that’s why they offer cooking tutorials during lunch. At 12 p.m. today, head to the Dallas location for Learn at Lunch: Winter Oranges. You’ll learn how to prepare a blood orange and radicchio salad, roasted chicken with orange sauce and an orange tart for dessert. The class costs $20, and there are plenty of seats still available. Save us some of that tart, please?
