Adam Richman, the Travel Channel’s Food Coma Correspondent, spent some time in Dallas recently, stuffing his face at Kuby’s Sausage House (which we profiled a while back), Sonny Bryan’s Smokehouse and Sprouts SpringRoll & Pho.
It’s at that last locale where someone (but not Richman? Isn’t that the whole point of the show?) takes on the restaurant’s Pho Challenge: “30 minutes to complete over 5 pounds of a Vietnamese soup filled with meat, noodles, and broth,” according to the Travel Channel.
The episode airs Wednesday at 8 p.m.
