Go Fish Ocean Club is making sure Top Chef contestant Tiffany Derry has one of the best nights of her life — or the most humiliating evening ever — by inviting every eater in the metroplex to join her for the show’s premiere this Wednesday.
Derry, who serves as Go Fish’s executive chef and recently debuted a new dinner menu, is one of 17 competitors battling for the reality show’s seventh season crown. According to Derry’s bio on Bravo TV’s website, Derry has a weakness for Dijon mustard, champagne vinegar and kosher salt. And if the bio’s any indication, the network’s apparently promoting Derry as the “wrong side of the tracks” chef, emphasizing the formative years she spent in an IHOP kitchen.
The watch party starts at Go Fish in the Galleria Corridor at 8 p.m.
