This food truck is quite operational.
While food trucks are inching closer and closer–please, hurry!–to being parked in the Arts District in Dallas, the Grillenium Falcon has made its way to Arkansas. The force seems pretty damn strong with this one. Besides the effing genius art, the menu features sandwiches like the “Cheebacca” (with sharp white cheddar, bacon, pulled pork, grilled onion and garlic cilantro on sourdough). Laugh it up, fuzzball.
So, there’s one more reason to anxiously await the arrival of food trucks in Dallas: creativity and comfort food on one bun.
