Luna De Noche Victory Gourmet

Tucked far, far away from the glittering, glowing lights of Victory Plaza, the sleek, upscale Victory Park location of Luna de Noche serves straight-up Tex-Mex with chic twists. Good Tex-Mex-which is certainly what Luna de Noche serves-hardly needs chic twists, but it seems our shiny new pre-fab entertainment district just rubs things that way. Underneath fancy garnishes, you won’t find a more satisfying tortilla soup, and the ceviche (a cool, citrusy fish appetizer) is spot-on.
