Owner Sue Cook's charismatic personality comes through in the tiny strip mall restaurant that transports diners from Plano and into a sushi heaven. Delivered every other day if not daily, the fish is so fresh it melts on the tongue. Presentation is absolutely exquisite. And Sakana's signature rolls are inventive while still paying homage to the the main character: the fish.
