A Place To Bury Strangers (Free), Portugal. The Man, and The Rest Of This Week's New Shows

The fall season is starting to shape up as expected. The fall and the spring are, after all, the prime touring seasons, and right away, it looks like the Granada Theater's got some pretty impressive bills coming our way.

New York noise rock band A Place To Bury Strangers will be at the Greenville Avenue theater next Wednesday, September 21. And, they'll be supported by a mix of touring and local acts including Gentlemen Hall, Burning Hotels, and DJ Sober. The best part of the show, though? It's free. You don't have to pay anything, you just have to show up.

In other Granada Theater show announcements, Portugal. The Man will be making a tour stop on Saturday, October 8. The show nearly sold out last time they came to the theater, and they're expecting an even bigger crowd this time. Meaning? Get your tickets now. They'll cost you $19, and can be purchased over at the Granada's ticket website.

Dada's got a pretty cool returning show, too. Dreamy indie-rock act Real Estate was just there back in April, and thanks to promoter Parade Of Flesh, they'll be back at the Deep Ellum venue on Thursday, November 17. Grab your tickets for $10 over at Parade Of Flesh's Front Gate site.

Check out the rest of this week's show announcements after the jump.
