AA Bondy, former frontman for the band Verbana (an act Chris Parker expresses much love for in his preview of tonight’s show, which ran in this week’s paper), has made quite a name for himself as a solo act in recent years, now that he’s gone more the folk route with his music. And, at his show tonight at Fort Worth’s new-ish Lola’s Stockyards location, Bondy will share the bill with two of the region’s finest acts from within that same realm: Doug Burr and Telegraph Canyon.
So, yeah, this should be a helluva show, folks. Which is why we’re again quite thankful to Spune Productions for offering a free pair of tickets to tonight’s show to one lucky DC9 reader.
