According to Minc Lounge’s myspace page, the city has forced the club to repave its parking lot. That will shutter the club through April 25, according to the site.
Which seems like an awfully long time to shut down for a repaving job. Does it really take three weeks to repave the lot of a medium-sized club? And was there no way to work out an agreement for parking with neighboring businesses? I’ve got a call in to the owner to ask him those questions rather than DC9 readers, but haven’t heard back yet. Till we find out more, it seems the closest you can get to experiencing Minc is through this recent Lek Brothers’ Night Moves slideshow.
