Oceans rise, rock legends fall, time marches on, and somehow, inexplicably, the Snuggie persists. Almost a year after we covered a Snuggie night at the Quarter Bar for charity, our photographer Gloria Levario headed out to the Snuggie Pub Crawl in Uptown, where a cadre of bar-hoppers braved the cold in the latest sleeved-blanket fashions.
