While a parade of wigs-only costumes strolled up Cedar Springs Saturday night, Excuses hosted a “Wiggin’ Out” party (cheap cover for wearing a wig plus other clothing). DJ Walker spun downstairs, with Slider Jack, Planet Doobias and Dragon Lazer upstairs.
