M.A.N.D.Y. spun German techno at Excuses Friday night as the dance floor filled up with partiers wearing furry animal faces and light-up octopi on their heads.

Saturday night, our nightlife crew caught up with Austin’s Irresponsible Voltron and Dallas and Brooklyn-based Broken Teeth for some drum and bass and Dubstep at the Cavern, then made it to Lizard Lounge for the Planet of the Drums tour for drum and bass DJs AK1200, DJ Dara, Dieselboy, and MC Messinian.

We’ve got shots from each of these spots in this week’s Night Moves gallery from the Lek Brothers.
