UPDATE (Sunday, 10/16): We got your photos from the main stage, and the night in Deep Ellum in our slide shows. Much more to come. What a night.
OK, here we go, here we go.
So, the Rangers game is in full swing, which can you follow over on Unfair Park, and over on the HUGE JUMBOTRON THAT’S AT THE MAIN STAGE. The Old 97’s powered through their first show in Texas since The Grand Theatre Vol. 2, and the Toadies are coming up. Last year, at the Main Stage, it was hot enough for Lucero to exclaim: “my eyeballs are sweating.”
Tonight, it’s effing gorgeous in this Deep Ellum Park–and not simply because of Rhett Miller. (This weather!) Anyway, after the Toadies, we’re headed off to Elm Street for the colossal night of music. In the meantime, enjoy a few shots of The Most Handsome Rhett Miller and The Old 97’s and Centro-Matic.
See you out there?
