Spoon, Black Lips, Cannibal Corpse and Others Join Still-Growing Fun Fun Fun Fest Bill

Further proof that Fun Fun Fun Fest is making a serious run at Austin City Limits as the go-to Austin-based music festival this fall: Today, rather unexpectedly, the three-day, Transmission Entertainment-promoted event has added a few more names to its bill, including Austin heroes and ACL vets Spoon.

Also joining the bill? Garage punk icons The Black Lips, death metal favorites Cannibal Corpse and others, including a Syrian pop sensation named Omar Souleyman and a guy named Sergio Flores who goes by the name of “Sexy Sax Man.” Also: Air Sex Championships, which is something we know a little bit about.

These late additions come on top of a bill that already features Slayer, Public Enemy, Henry Rollins, Passion Pit, Lykke Li, M83, Odd Future, The Damned, Girls, Neon Indian and Blonde Redhead. Impressive stuff, for sure.
