Ted Leo’s about as dependable an indie-rock show as you’ll see: The thoughtful, rocking New Jersey troubadour sings so hard you can see the veins popping from his neck; he attacks his guitar as if it were on fire; he rushes tempos his capable band easily keeps up with. With last year’s Shake the Sheets still sounding fine, the guy has a whole batch of new-ish tunes to finish beating up. Baltimore’s Oranges Band has a lovely album called The World & Everything in It coming out this month that gives the band’s fuzzy indie guitars some tender jangle.
