Booking residencies on late night talk shows has become quite the fad this year. But I think Eminem needs to figure out what a residency actually means. Like Prince did with Jay Leno, Eminem will perform for three nights on Jimmy Kimmel's show. However, he will "perform" one week and then two more songs the following week. His first "performance" will all be on tape, followed by two live performances from Detroit.
Jack White says new White Stripes album "isn't too far off."
Hopefully M.I.A. can convince Oprah to make helping Sri Lankan bombing victims one of her new favorite things.
