It’s been a year of reinvention for Eisley, the family band based in Tyler, TX. As we’ve written about extensively over the course of the year, the band left Warner Brothers Records to sign with Equal Vision Records late in 2010. And, earlier this year, they released a solid come back record called The Valley.
Nearly a year after the album’s release, the band returns with a video for the title track, “The Valley.” It’s a steampunk video — possibly the first on record since Will Smith’s “Wild Wild West” — in which the members of the band are being terrorized by steam-powered monsters. The animation, done by director Cory Sheldon, is quite impressive.
