Jesse already mentioned it in his review of Erykah Badu’s Saturday night performance at the Palladium, but what the heck–seeing is believing, you know. So, on that note, check out the above video for Badu’s new Web-only track off of New Amerykah Pt. 2: Return of the Ankh. The clip debuted on Badu’s Web site on Friday afternoon at 3:33 p.m.

It’s trippy as hell–Badu herself refers to the clip as an Erykahlidoscope, if that explains the aim at all. But also kind of adorable: Badu clearly had a blast filming this one, as her smiles throughout show.

Also, for kicks, in case you missed it, check out Badu’s “halftime” performance of Carole King’s “You’ve Got A Friend” from Saturday night’s NBA All-Star festivities. It starts off so-so, but definitely improves as it goes on.
