Looks like Texas will have to wait a while for St. Vincent to come back, though I would probably stab someone in the eye with a spork to see her and Tune-yards perform their West Coast shows in April.
In the meantime, here’s the latest video from 2011’s Strange Mercy, in which she channels a bit of Gulliver’s Travels via sculptor Ron Mueck. She was also featured in an episode of Portlandia recently, as a “sexy cop.” (Simmer down.)
