Red Roof Inn, based in Columbus, Ohio, is a 325-locations chain of discount hotels, with no locations anywhere near Rockwall. So it makes total sense that Red Roof Inn has sued Red Woof Inn in Dallas federal court, claiming trademark infringement. But I think we all know where this lawsuit’s headed, regardless of whether or not one thinks it total dog shit. –Robert Wilonsky
