Good Lord, apparently we’re not the only ones who can’t get enough of that George Jefferies footage of the JFK motorcade. Today, Slate’s Andy Bowers has a video piece about the footage, with commentary from Slate contributor and The Shakespeare Wars author Ron Rosenbaum. Unlike Case Closed: Lee Harvey Oswald and the Assassination of J.F.K. author Gerald Posner, who yesterday insisted the footage proves the single-bullet theory because of the way John Kennedy’s clothes are bunched up in the video, Rosenbaum says the film’s “significance is its lack of significance.” You can see the piece for yourself below. –Robert Wilonsky
