After Chris Heinbaugh's heads-up yesterday about the city repairing its broken seal, Intern Jesse stopped by Dallas City Hall toward Wednesday's end to check that "S" out. I showed the photo to the boy this morning before he left for school. He grinned and demanded a high-five. "We fixed the city," he said, at which point he announced he's running for mayor.
