City council chambers are stuffed–if they charged admission, they could pay for extra cops. And they ain’t even to ForwardDallas! yet, just a Deep Ellum zoning change proposal to limit tattoo parlors. Susan Reese, wife if landlord Lou, is bemoaning decline of neighborhood–and the resistance to people wanting to even go for dinner.
