Sherman's KTEN-Channel 10 considers Dallas a staycation hot spot, having run recent features on the Dallas Zoo and the Children’s Museum at the Museum of Nature & Science. Yesterday, the station, which also serves much of southern Oklahoma, turned its unblinking eye toward yet another getaway some 63.7 miles to the south of Sherman: Fair Park.
