Dallas police just sent word that they arrested 46-year-old Enio Cardoso Wissel for alleged indecency with an 8-year-old boy at Julia C Frazier Elementary School.
Tawnell Hobbs at the Morning News has more. Wissell was a fine arts teacher with DISD from August 2011 until March 2012, when he was fired.
According to an arrest warrant issued Wednesday, an 8-year-old boy said that while he was using the restroom in an art room at Frazier Elementary, Wissel came into the restroom. He said that the teacher touched his "private part" and told him he would hurt him real bad if he told anyone. The boy was interviewed in March, and the offense allegedly occurred between Jan. 1 and March 19.
He posted a $25,000 bond and was released from jail on Friday.
