Patrick was downtown Saturday morning when First Baptist blew up a few buildings to make way for its downtown expansion. But Patrick didn’t have cameras stationed all over downtown. Not like First Baptist, which appears to have captured the big bang from every conceivable angle, as evidenced by the video above, co-starring Robert Jeffress, Mayor Tom Leppert and Mark Lovvorn, who not long ago tried to do the same thing to Stanley Marcus’s old house.
