Local, state and federal law enforcement officials are offering a reward of up to $90,000 for "information leading to the arrest and conviction of The Scarecrow Bandit[s]," suspected of being responsible for at least 21 violent bank robberies in North Texas since last July. They might get to save their dough: Word this morning is that up to four of the suspects have been nabbed by police, and one may be holed up at the moment in a Plano Costco bathroom. And, says a Friend of Unfair Park on the scene, it's quite a scene -- as evidenced by this raw streaming WFAA-Channel 8 video, which you're advised to watch with the sound turned off. --Robert Wilonsky
