Alas, “Trustee Garza told me yesterday that nobody has suggested [to] him the idea of borrowing as a short-term stop gap.” Course not. –Robert Wilonsky

Update: Tawnell Hobbs reports that DISD will let go “1,209 employees” today, should the board of trustees approve the reduction in force.
