So much for this, because I was driving down Douglas Avenue yesterday when I noticed a certain local landmark (sure, why not) remains on the market: the former manse of Mary Kay Ash. But almost two years after we first noticed the for-sale sign, one thing’s changed: The $5.7 million asking price has dropped nearly a mil, to $4,995,000. At this rate, it’ll be totally affordable sometime in 2018. –Robert Wilonsky
