Avi Adelman, who I think Schutze mentioned a few weeks ago, has the highlights of and lowdown on the planned redevelopment of the former Carnival grocery site on Henderson Avenue and Rowena Street, down to the conceptual site plan (nice pool area!). In short: 250 residential units; 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; and a whole lotta tsuris, as befitting any proposed project in that particular part of town, where folks are conflicted over redevelopment. Y'all have fun now, y'hear, Andres brothers? --Robert Wilonsky
