Dallas Observer art director Alexander Flores was out and about last night — at the Target on Northwest Highway and Skillman Street, if you must know — and spotted this message scribbled on the window of a Land Rover Discovery. (Which reminds me: Time to wash off the “Seniors ’86!” note on the back of my car.) Perhaps now’s as good a time as any to remind those Friends without Saturday-night plans that Messrs. Merten and Pulle will be out and about gathering election-night reactions. It was either that or EdgeFest, and covering a municipal election seemed infinitely more … enjoyable.
