Surprise! And by that we mean in a development that’s no surprise at all to anyone, DPD just sent out a news release announcing that they’ll be conducting another No Refusal DWI Initiative this weekend:
This initiative will begin at 6:00 P.M., Friday, March 16, 2012 and will end at 6:00 A.M., Sunday, March 18, 2012.
During this initiative officers will secure a search warrant for a blood sample from all persons arrested for DWI who refuse to voluntarily give a breath and/or blood sample.
Nothing harshes that green beer buzz quite like a uniformed police officer sticking a needle in your arm, does it?
