We tried this once before, so here goes again: Can you please, pretty please, help the folks in the Dallas Public Library’s Texas/Dallas History & Archives figure out just what in the heck’s going in this picture? Because, right now, this is all they got to go on: “Crowds of children outside Preston Center run while looking up at the sky. Ellen Amirkhan of Oriental Rug Cleaning Co. hypothesizes that the children are looking out for the ’57 tornado.” Drop those good folks a note if you can provide further details.
