Reports Justin Elliott this afternoon, they're among the four major donors who've contributed almost all of the $4.7 million raised so far by Rove and former Republican National Committee chair Ed Gillespie's "new kind of non-profit political organization dedicated to renewing America's commitment to individual liberty, limited government, free enterprise and a strong national defense," as it says on the American Crossroads Web site. Otherwise known as The Dump Harry Reid Movement.

KEEP THE DALLAS OBSERVER FREE... Since we started the Dallas Observer, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we'd like to keep it that way. With local media under siege, it's more important than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
