Survey says — this one, anyway — that people from outside of Dallas wouldn’t mind living in Dallas. In fact, it’s No. 8 out of the Top 10 cities in which folks have searched for new homes, right between suburbs in Seattle and Chicago. (Seattle, I can see that.) That’s a nice bit of news with which to (almost) end 2008; must be the inexpensive homes that aren’t losing (too much) of their value, especially compared to the rest of the U.S. –Robert Wilonsky
