This just in from the Texas Rangers' PR Department: On Friday, when Your Texas Rangers open a weekend series against the New York Yankees at the Ballpark in Arlington, Blue Man Group will perform. And not just once. Not just, like, after the game. Far from it:

On Friday, Blue Man Group will perform the National Anthem on-field with the Star Spangled Tubulum, will participate in several between-innings features, and will conclude with the Drum Finale Throwdown prior to the start of the post-game fireworks show.
Fewer than 4,000 reserved tickets remain for Friday's game, first pitch at 7:05 p.m. Of course, BMG begins an extended run at the AT&T Performing Arts Center a week from today. But perhaps they can cover center field as well?
