Things To Do

Thanks to Jimmy Kuehnle, Downtown Dallas Was a Little More Interesting Today

Jimmy Kuehnle, a one-man balloon animal, brought his inflatable suit-slash-portable art installation known as You Wear What I Wear to downtown Dallas today -- either that, or Main Street Garden is under attack! Those unsure of the man or his demands were left to wonder, as one did, whether he was sporting "a giant model of the H1N1 virus." Silly.

Dallas was but the latest stop on a "tour" that's already been through Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Alas, he was a wee bit early: Just got word that Dallas will host "the first-ever World Balloon Convention" at the downtown Sheraton on April 18. More pics follow, so bounce along. Pop.
