NBC Universal’s Owned and Operated Television station in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, KXAS TV, is looking for a Newscast Producer. As a Newscast Producer, you will produce a live newscast with fast-paced creative writing and multiple live elements.
- Visualizes stories with management team, reporters, assignments desk and talent.
- In charge of production of newscast, including, writing, graphic treatment, video and sound selection
- Make adjustments in breaking news situations
- Works with newscast directors, promotions, news and web staff to coordinate production of the newscast
- Manages the newscast associate producers
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
