What's More Real: UFOs or The Fake Jessica Simpson?

Just two links today -- one of which is from NBC's Today, matter of fact. Reporter Don Teague made the trip to Stephenville for hisself, to discover whether that "something weird" in the sky was really a UFO or a "whatever." Turns out, Don Teague was in Stephenville at the time -- dunno why -- and he says he didn't see a dang thing. One more thing discovered from the Today clip: Matt Lauer believes.

Also, Sam Merten demands I post to Unfair Park this video from the New York Post's Web site, wherein that fake Jessica Simpson strolls around New York City pretending to be the real thang, y'all. Does John Mayer still love her too? --Robert Wilonsky

Support the independent voice of Dallas and help keep the future of Dallas Observer free.

Keep the Dallas Observer Free... Since we started the Dallas Observer, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
