The above photo was taken at 10:49 this morning, from the City of Dallas's Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge Construction Web cam. We peek at it every so often; Schutze can spend hours on the thing, eyes glued and slightly glazed. (At least, I think that's what he's looking at.) Only, back away slowly from the computer monitor, as today comes word that the infamous Calatrava bridge's construction will be delayed at least 10 months. Two words: no steel. Which is what Schutze has been saying all along. Get it? Hello? Is this thing on? --Robert Wilonsky
