Two Hands is a full-service concept that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner within its 3,000-square-foot space. Despite being from across the Pacific, it still emphasizes a community-oriented dining experience and sustainable, local sourcing.
Texas-based architecture and design firm, Studio ELES, brought the fresh and chic aesthetic to life, including a floor-to-ceiling glass frontage, a coffee bar, 1970s Pioneer speakers and polished concrete floors. A piece of art commissioned by local artist Zac Chambers is a standout highlight.
"We have been looking at Dallas ever since opening in Austin," founder and CEO Henry Roberts said in a press release. "It always felt like the next step in our Texas expansion. We are excited to finally be opening our doors in this great city."
The menu is "Aussie-style" with healthy, but elevated staples and a seasonal rotation. But it's really a hodgepodge (in a good way) of many things, like hummus, burrata, quinoa bowls, chicken salad sandwiches and two-handed burgers.

Henry's Chicken Sandwich has chicken salad with pistachio, a mango chutney and avocado on a seeded sourdough with a side of spicy broccoli pistachio slaw.

The beverage program has other distinct cocktails (a boozy lavender lemonade), wine, local beer and zero-proof drinks, as well as coffee, matcha, chai and smoothies.
Two Hands Dallas will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Happy Hour will be offered daily from 4-6 p.m., with $3 off signature cocktails like the Two Hands banana bread espresso martini and $2 off beer and wine.
