Easter brunch is no small affair. Whether you’re craving a classic Benedict or hoping to meet the Easter Bunny, spots around the city are serving up springtime menus worth dressing up for.

Billy Can Can

2836 Victory Park Lane
This upscale dining saloon in Victory Park is rolling out an à la carte Easter feast starting with dressed-up chorizo Scotch eggs, crab avocado toast with smoked tomato and a crispy poached egg. Intrigued already? Us too. Grouper and grits, beef cheek Benedict and smoked quail and waffles are also on the menu. Brunch runs 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 20 and the regular menus get pulled out at 4:30 p.m., which is stellar any day of the year. Book on Resy.

El Carlos Elegante

1400 N. Riverfront Blvd.
This Michelin-recognized Mexican-inspired spot in the Design District will have a prix-fixe Easter menu from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $99 per person with a menu that includes crab tostadas, chorizo chilaquiles and carne asada. After 4 p.m. a couple of savory items will be added to the menu.

III Forks

Frisco and Addison Locations
This steakhouse rarely opens before dinnertime but makes an exception for Easter Sunday. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., diners can order off the standard menu or Easter brunch offering, with three selections of Benedicts: beef tenderloin ($67), crab cake ($57) or lobster ($62). Each comes with poached eggs with hollandaise, asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Kids can indulge in their own brunch option: French toast with bacon and sausage ($20). Make a reservation online.

La Parisienne French Bistro

6740 Winning Drive at The Star in Frisco
La Parisienne at The Star in Frisco will have a three-course Easter menu for $42.50 per person, in addition to their regular brunch. Highlights of the special menu include fig and cheese tartine, croque monsieur, omelette (jambon and champignons) and tiramisu. There will also be $5 mimosas all day.

Crown Block

300 Reunion Blvd.
Enjoy brunch 560 feet above the city in Reunion Tower. For the first time, Crown Block is hosting Easter brunch, with a waffle and ice cream station, crab cake Benedicts, a carving station with roast leg of lamb, charcuterie and artisan cheese, a brunch candy bar and more. Dakota’s Steakhouse

600 N. Akard St.
This downtown underground steakhouse’s three-course prix fixe menu runs for $58 per adult and $29 for children 12 and under. The meal includes shareable starters such as pastries and truffle tots, then for entrees, options include a French lobster omelet, crab florentine benedict and strawberry-stuffed French toast. The dessert, also in the for-the-table style, consists of mini white chocolate blondies, mini carrot cupcakes, and sugar cookies. Make a reservation online.

Fairmont Dallas

1717 N. Akard St.
Celebrate Easter in the heart of downtown with brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Fairmont will have live acoustic guitar performances and jazz. Brunch is $69 per person, and menu offerings include appetizers like roasted beets and crab cake, entrees like shakshuka and prime rib and a dessert buffet including a live crêpe station. For drinks, there will be bloody Mary and mimosa bars, and Pommery Champagne can be added for $20 a person. Reservations are available on OpenTable.

Knife Italian

4150 N. MacArthur Blvd., Irving
The Italian steakhouse’s Easter menu includes a spring vegetable salad ($18), ham hock and English pea soup ($16) and roasted lumina lamb leg for the entree, served with sauteed minted Yukon potatoes, honey and ginger glazed carrots and rosemary jus ($45). Make a reservation on OpenTable.

Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge

5757 West Lovers Lane
The Greek bistro and lounge will be serving Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Menu highlights include appetizers like a dip trio, spanakopita and smoked salmon pita, and main courses include eggs benedict with cured pork belly, roasted lamb shoulder with garlic potatoes and beef tenderloin with crispy bacon and black garlic demi. Restaurant Beatrice

1111 N. Beckley Ave.
The North Oak Cliff James Beard Award semifinalist is taking reservations for Easter Sunday but will also serve the holiday menu Saturday, April 19. Contemporary Louisiana offerings include “Oysters Beatrice” (its version of oysters Rockefeller), vegan mushroom gumbo, gulf fish florentine, southern skillet and Beatrice burrata salad. Book your table online. The restaurant will be closed for dinner service on Easter.

Rosewood Mansion

2821 Turtle Creek Blvd.
Have a swanky, three-course Easter brunch for $145 a person ($75 per child ages 4 to 12) at The Mansion. Starters include avocado and lobster tartine and carrot and coconut soup, entree options include lamb cavatelli and steak and eggs and among dessert options are coconut panna cotta and carrot and chocolate chiffon pie. Truluck’s

Dallas, Plano and Southlake Locations
The seafood spot is extending its hours on Easter Sunday to accommodate brunch-goers. Menu options include prime king crab, Florida stone crab claws, miso-glazed sea bass and hand-cut steaks and lamb chops. For Easter, it also offers blueberry custard bread pudding and a lucky clover cocktail. Reserve a table through Truluck's website.

Ramble Room

6565 Hillcrest Ave.
Ramble Room, the classic American neighborhood restaurant in Snider Plaza, will have a special brunch with apple pie French toast, avocado prosciutto Benedict, crab and corn beignets, and monkey bread, all washed down with blood orange mimosas.

The Village

5606 Village Glen Drive
Looking for something more lively than brunch? The apartment hotspot is hosting Party With MymPeeps, a family-friendly Easter celebration with crafts, airbrush and balloon artists and a train ride for the youngins. There will also be inflatables, photos with the Easter Bunny and take-home bags with candy and toys. RSVP for the free event through Eventbrite.

Not sure which is more overwhelming: battling Easter Sunday brunch crowds in your Sunday best or stressing over a ham glaze while the egg hunt is in full swing. Luckily, Dallas restaurants are here to help, whether you’re feeding a crowd or just want a festive cupcake in peace.

Casa Linda Bakery

Celebrate like an East Dallasite with Casa Linda Bakery's Easter offerings. Get a cake shaped like an Easter basket for $100, a cake resembling the Easter Bunny’s face for $90 or an elaborate, two-layer springtime divine for $245. Single-serve options include egg-shaped or bunny-shaped cookies and festive cupcakes and petit fours. Order online, and download the app for a free cookie.

Dive Coastal Cuisine

Make your Easter selection coastal with Dive’s Easter catering specials. Start with Cajun deviled eggs ($22), crispy cauliflower bites ($18) or a crudité and hummus platter ($65), or build an Easter-themed board with choices of meats and cheeses (small for $95 or large for $145). For the main event, grilled salmon is $125 and prime rib roast is $195. Add-ons are potato salad ($65), key lime pie ($35) and house salad (small for $25 or large for $45). Eatzi’s

Multiple locations
Pick from brunch items, starters, sides, entrees, sweets and breads on Eatzi’s elaborate Easter menu. New items this year are spiced baby carrots ($28.99, serves three to four), potato and horseradish crusted salmon ($30.99, serves two), herb-marinated lamb lollipops ($94.99 for an eight-pack), and strawberry lemonade cake ($44.99, serves eight). Orders must be placed online by Saturday, April 19 and can be picked up April 18 through 20.

Seasons 52

7300 Lone Star Drive, Plano
Season 52’s “Green Box” will handle the holiday hassle. Place your order by Wednesday, April 16 for a box that serves four to six, containing honey-glazed spiral ham ($155), plank-roasted salmon ($190) or wood-grilled beef tenderloin ($230). Each box also comes with a field greens salad, two sides and six mini desserts. Orders will be available for pickup on Saturday, April 19, chilled, and ready to be reheated the next day. Norma’s

Multiple locations
This home-style diner wants you to “click, bake, serve and enjoy” this holiday weekend. While pick-up isn’t available on Easter itself, online preorder is available for pick-up on your date of choice. Feeling brunchy? Snag a French toast casserole or cheesy hashbrown and egg casserole, served with a breakfast protein, homestyle potatoes and fresh fruit ($79.99). For a more traditional Easter dinner, options are spiral-cut ham, pot roast or chicken and dressing
($139.99). Each dinner is served with giblet gravy, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and pie.

Pecan Lodge

Pick-up at 1618 W. Commerce St.
Pre-order your Easter feast and pick it up from the award-winning Deep Ellum barbecue spot’s catering commissary. Curate your meal from the selection of meats (like sausage, pork ribs and smoked turkey breast) and sides of baked beans, loaded mac and cheese, collard greens, potato salad and dinner rolls. For dessert, pick from tumbleweed cookies, peach cobbler and banana pudding. And don’t forget the barbecue sauce. Pick-up is Saturday, April 19.

Perry’s Steakhouse

Dallas, Frisco and Grapevine locations
This steakhouse has your family of four covered with a spread of glazed ham, soup or salad, whipped potatoes and green bean almondine for $149. Family-style white chocolate cheesecake for four can also be added for $29. Pick-up is Saturday, April 19 for heat-and-eat, or Easter Sunday to get it already heated. Ten50 BBQ

1050 N. Central Expressway, Richardson
Indulge in “true Texas barbecue” with the Easter catering menu, available April 14 through 20 (orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance). The a la carte menu has smoked meats: prime whole brisket ($36/pound), whole turkey breast ($84) and whole glazed ham ($90). For sides, pick from a gallon of brisket baked beans, mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, green beans or mashed potatoes ($60). Dessert options are chocolate pie ($50), key lime pie ($50), fruit cobbler ($60) and banana pudding ($60). Whiskey Cake

Hop up to Plano for Whiskey Cake’s takeout, available for pickup April 17 through 20. For $55 a person, the ready-to-serve spread has 44 Farms prime ribs, smoked bourbon-rosemary jus, baby potato salad, grilled asparagus and poppy seed potato rolls.
